Cancellation/ Refund Policy

It is especially advised that the customer should be study our plans, Cancel/refund policy, terms & conditions before selecting any product/service. Our all plans are non-refundable or non-cancellable.

For User:

Once the user has created the digital visiting card, he cannot cancel it. The user deletes his account or digital card , his card amount will not be refunded, even if you create a card for the other person. This is only digital or virtual service of our website. We will not provide any hard copy of your visiting card.

For Franchise:

Once the customer has created Digital Visiting Card via Franchise Support, he cannot cancel it. Under any circumstances while creating a Franchise, payment once received cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is only digital or virtual service of our website.
