This Policy includes the minimum standards that DBTPL practices to afford data privacy to its Clients and are basically derived from the Generally Accepted Privacy Principles for electronic data protection and are in conformity with its regulatory obligations to secure personal data of its clients and other applicable local laws.

As a service provider, DBTPL acts on behalf of its clients as their agents for making Digital Business Card. DBTPL collects, processes and securely stores the Client data for application relevant to the purposes of its Clients’ Digital Business card only and does not disclose personal information with third parties except where such disclosure is necessitated in terms of applicable provisions of laws or on the orders of lawful authorities.

Use, Retention and Disposal of Personal Data
DBTPL uses all personal data collected from its clients expressly for its legitimate business activities relevant to making Digital Business Card and in strict adherence to the contractual terms, the regulatory stipulations and the applicable laws. DBTPL does not retain personal data any longer than is absolutely necessary for the purposes of its Clients or beyond the regulatory requirement necessitating their retention for a prescribed period. Data disposal requires managerial approval for the disposal, destruction and deletion of data and is designed to prevent their recovery, theft, misuse or unauthorized access.

DBTPL provides access to the Clients to review, update or correct their personal data on-line and off-line which precedes an authentication process to confirm legitimacy of the person seeking access. Access to data or a request to review and update the data may be denied if the authentication process fails.
Disclosure to Third Parties and Data Protection
DBTPL may disclose personal data to group companies or related third party service providers as a part of its normal business operations. DBTPL conducts appropriate due diligence checks prior to and after selection of third parties who process personal data on behalf of DBTPL. Such third parties are required to enter into written contracts with DBTPL which mandatorily provide for adequate data privacy and non-disclosure clauses to secure the data. We offer online client registration and Digital Business Card making facility to our clients over the internet/Computer/Mobile/Tab according to their ease and convenience. We have also developed sophisticated specific purpose mobile Apps for use by our Clients to meet their Digital Card requirements in various products. Such online systems and Apps are designed to collect personal data and information does not including any financial and non-financial transaction particulars required to execute the requested transactions and device related information necessary to validate and create an audit trail for the request before it is executed. DBTPL may share the information so collected with Authority, depending on the nature of the requested transactions. These entities are statutory bodies, recognized self-regulatory agencies and intermediaries operating in the Cyber Security subject to applicable laws and regulations which inter-alia govern privacy of data and are instrumental in completing the requested transactions.
Device related and Log Data
We may collect device related information like mobile phone No., email ID, address, whatsapp number URL links and Web address for usage of Card making and for setting up audit trail and user identification and authentication checks for the transactions carried out. This will include also information relating to location and time of login, number of access made and duration and pages visited.
Third party Tools and Utilities
Third party tools and utilities used in our web pages and Apps are covered under valid and binding contracts with the third parties. We may share Client information with third parties in so far as such sharing is required for the purpose of availing of their services and the information. We ensure that the information so shared are subject to equal care and protection as to privacy as envisaged in this Policy.

We use the personal information and data collected from our Clients to operate, maintain and provide them with the features and functionalities of the services, to analyze how the services are used, to diagnose service or technical problems, maintain security, to remember information to help Clients efficiently access and retrieve their account and account related information, monitor usage and demographic patterns of usage, and to track users and usages to render personalized optimum services to the Clients, in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. We have implemented physical, administrative and technical security measures across the organization which is designed to prevent data loss, unauthorized access to personal data and misuse, disclosure, alteration, damage or destruction of personal data.
DBTPL fully understands that the personal data collected from its Clients are under our protection and guardianship. DBTPL trains its employees on the privacy policy as well as information security procedures regarding the appropriate access, use and disclosure of personal data. We also conduct period risk assessments on our processes, information systems and third parties, including audits of third party facilities and information systems.
DBTPL has in place an incident response plan with trained personnel to respond to, investigate and mitigate the impact of any incident as soon as an incident is detected.
